- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I very patiently tolerated this dental practice's extremely parochial attitude for the 1-2 years I used the practice. I smiled in the face of over-entitled, self-important nonchalance from receptionists. I smiled in the face of the going-through-the-motions unfriendliness of the dentist and the therapist. I smiled in the face of the phone call taker expressing disdain and impatience because she had to take a few seconds to help me negotiate a day when I could commit to spend a lot of money via an initial consultation with the resident implant expert. But the final straw was when I needed emergency treatment yesterday and was told I may come in, in eight days' time. And again, in a tone of voice portraying thinly veiled impatience and disdain. But no more. By needs-must circumstances I discovered a practice, which actually cares, and offers an infinitely better customer experience. Thank goodness.by John NixonDecember 02, 2017
